Downtown Abbey is a woman owned, Indianapolis based PMU and Lash destination. Owned and ran by Abbey S. Abbey is a former MUA (makeup artist) and has been in PMU (permanent makeup) for 3 years. PMU services she offers are Microblading, Microshading, a Combo Brow, Lip Blush and Saline Removal. Abbey also specializes in Lash Extensions. Cancellation Policy
A cancellation/no show fee of 50-95% of the service will be charged using the card stored on file for any PMU appointments cancelled within a 48 hour period. For touch ups reschedules within a 48 hour period a $50 fee will be applied. For Lash Extensions, a cancellation/no show fee of 95% will be charged if cancelled within a 24 hour window.
